Updates

Wow, school has started for my smu and ntu friends! Have a great term! Haha. As for me, (hopefully) german classes will start soon, and in the meantime I'm just slacking. Just taking one day at a time!

Accomodation has FINALLY been settled, and I finally have a room confirmed and waiting for me in Bern. I don't really want to go into details here, in case my karma not good enough and someone related chances upon this blog with loads of complaints about the matter. I've already stepped on some toes, so let's not make it worse, yeah? All I can say is that it was all rather dramatic and comical (in some sense), and that loads of emails were involved. Haha. Ask me if u want to know, but it really depends on my mood.

Here are updates on the past week:

Sunday
Met up with BLEWKY with FULL attendance! How rare is that? Had a nice lunch at Holland V's Essential Brew, and it was really good to see everyone again. Haha. Reminds me of all the times we were in jc, talking and laughing in the canteen during breaks. I miss those times, but well, you can't turn back time no matter how hard you try. At least we still keep in contact and we actually meet up. Too bad lianne had to leave early though, you should have stayed for our settler's cafe session. It was hilarious, especially when we played taboo. Play with bell sometime and you will understand why. LOL. Photos will hopefully be up soon. Haha.

Monday-Tuesday
Slacking and youtubing. lol

Wednesday
Went to send Yun off. She's now in LA touring (or maybe still sleeping off the jetlag, lol). Her final term already, and she's going exchange! Omg I'm not going to see you for at least 6 months, and it hasn't really sunk in yet. But then, we will both be experiencing so many new things, and hopefully that keeps our minds off home and homesickness. As I was waving at her as she checked in, it suddenly struck me that in less than 1 month, that will be me on the other side of the glass.

Thursday (today)
I just went ktv! With my colleagues from my internship company. Only 3 of us, but we had quite alot of fun, especially when we started singing all the old songs. Er but please charm, your repertoire is a teensy bit too classical...
