I must say I am really not keeping to my resolution. Argh. I did say that I abhor bad english right? So what should I do when the one with bad english is the PROF, and you have so many of her notes in order to study for exams? Needless to say, this study week is NOT going well. Not only have I been concentrating all my time on TnA, but I am still not done with the stupid paper. First time ever in SMU have I seen a mod that has only completed 35% of the course after 13 torturous weeks of lessons. Why's that? Well, mainly because the bloody research paper is 40% while exams are 25%. Can SMU set a guideline or something for profs to set their grading criteria on next term? Don't think I can stomach any of this kind of modules man.
And you know what's best about studying for this module? The notes cannot be understood. What's the point of having notes when students have to add in their own interpretations of what they THINK might have been meant by the contents? I seriously cannot understand what she's trying to say half the time. Had to make notes from HER notes. Wow. REAL helpful leh, her notes.
And one very interesting phenomenon. Everyone seems to be asking me about TnA paper. LOL. Should consider opening consulting centre for the paper sia.. Yeah. That about sums up my life this week. Argh. Monday afternoon please come quick.
On another note, many people have been playing with the celebrity match thingie after I posted it on my website, with hilarious results. Just ask desmond. lol.
